BARCS Announces Adoption Olympics Challenge 8/1/12 | |
BARCS is hosting its own Olympic competition. The Baltimore Animal Rescue and Care Shelters (BARCS) is challenging everyone in Baltimore to enter the BARCS’ Adoption Olympics Challengeby coming out to the shelter and adopting a pet between August 1st and October 31st. There will be rally at Lawyer’s Mall in Annapolis on Thursday, August 9, from 2 pm to 4 pm, to call on the Maryland General Assembly to act during the second legislative special session to remedy the Tracey v.
